Samuel CAUX est un expert reconnu de l’immobilier, fort de plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le secteur en France.
Après un début de carrière en banque, il ouvre plusieurs agences sous la franchise Coldwell Banker, affirmant rapidement son goût pour l’entrepreneuriat.
En 2010, il rejoint Kaufman & Broad comme Directeur Commercial, où il restera six ans, avant de créer sa propre société spécialisée dans l’immobilier neuf. Visionnaire, passionné par l’innovation et les nouvelles technologies, il croit fermement à la transformation du métier grâce à la digitalisation et à un modèle collaboratif disruptif.
En septembre 2020, il rejoint eXp Realty pour prendre la direction de l’entité française. Depuis 2021, il en est le Président et a propulsé le réseau à plus de 680 conseillers en seulement cinq ans.
Son objectif : offrir le meilleur accompagnement aux conseillers comme aux clients, avec une approche à la fois ambitieuse et authentique. Entrepreneur bienveillant et exigeant, il combine leadership humain et vision stratégique.
Basé à Montpellier, il est également père de quatre garçons et passionné par les nouvelles technologies. Il incarne une nouvelle génération de leaders dans l’immobilier, où l’humain et l’innovation s’unissent pour redessiner l’avenir du secteur.

In 2010, he joined Kaufman & Broad as Sales Director, a position he held for six years, before founding his own company specializing in new-build real estate. A visionary leader, Samuel is passionate about innovation and new technologies, convinced that real estate is being reshaped by digital tools and disruptive business models.
In September 2020, he joined eXp Realty to lead the French division. Since 2021, as President of eXp Realty France, he has grown the network to over 680 advisors in just five years.
His mission: to provide the best possible support to both advisors and clients, through a blend of ambition and authenticity. As a demanding yet caring entrepreneur, he combines human leadership with strategic vision.
Based in Montpellier, Samuel is also the proud father of four boys and a technology enthusiast. He represents a new generation of real estate leaders, where people and innovation work hand in hand to shape the future of the industry.
